A small congregation with a big heart.
The Word of Life Church, Parole de Vie La Borne, held its first service on Sunday 12 June 2022 in Tacoma. Today we gather in University Place as a diverse and vibrant church family.

Founded in 2022, our church began as a small congregation with a big heart. From the beginning we have been committed to serving not only our members but the wider community, through food drives, support services, and simply showing up for our neighbours.
We are an Assemblies of God congregation with roots in the French-speaking African diaspora of the South Sound. Services are led in French with English throughout, and everyone is welcome regardless of language, background, or where they are on their journey of faith.
